Memberships are available now for one-eighth or one-quarter shares. We can arrange for pick-up/delivery within the greater Salt Lake City area. UPS Ground (two-day) and overnight shipping services are an option for additional cost.

Each share includes a variety of grass-fed beef steaks, roasts, soup bones, ground beef (85% lean) and more. No freezer? No problem!
A quarter share will take up approximately 5 cubic feet of freezer space. This is the size of a small, energy-efficient chest freezer, widely available at home improvement stores for under $200.
If you have the space, an upright compact freezer that holds at least 5 cubic feet allows for better visibility and more convenient access to your meat. And if freezer space is not available to you, we can arrange for smaller deliveries of your share over the next few months.
