Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 of a medium onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp chili sauce
- 1/2tsp ginger, minced in a paste
- 2Tbsp low-carb sweetener, such as Lakanto Golden, or omit
- 2Tbsp sesame oil for cooking
- Iceberg or other large-leaf lettuce for serving
Directions

Heat sesame oil over medium heat in skillet.

Add beef and chopped onions and cook until done.

Add soy sauce, chili paste, ginger, sweetener of choice and salt.

Rinse lettuce and peel back individual leaves to create boats for the meat mixture.

Halve avocados and remove pits. Cut avocados into cubes with a pairing knife, then scoop into a bowl.
To Plate
Spoon beef mixture into lettuce leaves. Try it with shredded coconut and chopped green onions on top.
