Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1medium chicken breast, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2bell pepper, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2red onion, chopped into large pieces
- 8-10mushrooms
- Salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder, to taste
- 4large BBQ skewers
Directions
- Cut and prepare the veggies and chicken, then layer onto a barbecue skewer as desired.
- Lay prepared skewers out on a plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder, turning to season both sides.
- Grill at medium heat, for about 8-10 minutes on both sides - or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and split into two servings. Enjoy!
Variations
Add cherry tomatoes, herbs, zucchini, olives, or other keto-friendly veggies to mix it up! Or, try different spice combinations like Italian blend or season salt.
