Grain Free N'oatmeal

  • 1cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can, unsweetened)
  • 1cup riced cauliflower
  • 2Tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 2Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • Cinnamon, sea salt and stevia to taste


  1. Heat coconut milk over low heat until simmering.
  2. Add riced cauliflower and shredded coconut and heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add additional ingredients.
  4. Let stand to thicken.
  5. Half can be stored and heated again for another breakfast.

To Plate

Enjoy as-is or add a few berries on top.
