Raw Salsa Verde

  • 10medium ripe tomatillos, husks removed
  • 10spring onions, cleaned
  • 1romaine heart, cut in half
  • 1/2ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4cup cilantro leaves, cleaned and picked
  • 1jalapeno, stem removed and cut in half
  • 1lime, cut in half
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Squeeze lime juice in a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until creamy smooth.
  3. Add salt to taste.

To Plate

Enjoy with homemade keto chips, omelettes, and tacos!
