Turkey Crust Keto Pizza

Cook Time: 35 min.

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 24oz ground turkey 
  • 1egg
  • 3Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3Tbsp cream cheese, full fat
  • 2tsp dried Italian spice blend, or 2 Tbsp. fresh herbs, minced
  • tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: Black olives, bell peppers, salami, pepperoni, etc.

For the pizza:

  • 1/2 cup cup sugar-free marinara
  • 1cup whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • Fresh basil and/or arugula, chopped or torn

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Combine all ingredients and press into the baking sheet to form a crust.
    2. Over medium-high heat, in a large saute pan, place half the butter with the bacon.
    3. Bake 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked through.
    4. Spread sauce, then add cheese.
    5. Top with fresh basil and/or arugula.
    6. Let cool 10 minutes.

    To Plate

    Slice and enjoy!
